Gonna be using the internet/my small town where possible. Went into Oxford saturday, I forgot how soul destroying the christmas shopping experience can be.

Considering it's supposed to be the season of merry, every shopping centre in the country seems to be filled with the bleakest looking fuckers on the planet wondering how they're going to afford to pay all this off after they've bought shite for all and sundry.
Only got three surviving members of my family, so can usually get it all sorted for under £50. Can't be bothered with useless presents that I'm just going to stick in a cupboard.
Good time to catch up with folks though, but the whole thing just annoys the shit out of me more each year. Bah, humbug!!
(And if you don't get it now, you'll get it well cheap in a couple of months

). Give em cash and piss off the retail wankers

Yes. Not only does it become a wall of people but it has to be one of the most mind numbingly dull shopping streets in the world.

god yeah sorry digital, i don't wanna come off as one of those smug wankers who gets everything done ahead of time. not least cos the reverse is true - i was doing online shopping today in the first place cos i still haven't got my mate a present for his birthday, which was in july, haha.
the fights on saturday night on cornmarket st are second to none though. pedestrianised=more space for it to kick off. horrible place.
