just saw we got this in and boy do i feel sorry for peeps that slept on the komplete 5 deal

f that, should have just bout komplete 2 for 100 bucks and done the 170 upgrade.

why is the native instruments site such a piece of shit?

I got so sick of vst's, I just said fuck it and started using reason. Never have to worry about vst's after that.

Would I still be able to get this anywhere? I want Komplete 6 but it's far too dear and they offer no educational discount!

Would you say komplete 6 is a worthwhile purchase then or try get a copy of komplete 5 instead?

Yo, I owned battery and massive, and still bought komplete 5, then they discontinued three of komplete's components - pro 53, b4, and da pianos. That's bullshit, and I will not do business with them again. And recommend u and everyone else not do business with them.

You can always get those old synths cracked if they refuse to sell them

I've got Kontakt 5 here and it's just a ludicrous amount of content I can't even believe it.

Was never particularly keen on the piano ones but b4 & pro53 are a sad loss. Luckily I have Komplete 5 (which I paid about £600 for) so I can keep them but those are 2 great instruments which it's sad to loose.

yeah i think this is more a down-grade then a up-grade. im happy with komplete 5.

yea i just would want the absynth and guitar rig updates tbh, the kontakt one seems to be a downgrade to me

i want the absynth 5 just for the mutation function

Fair enough, but if you upgrade your os, you'll likely not be able to use them anymore.

So would you guys recommend going with Komplete 5 then upgrading to 6 so I can get those discontinued synths?
