I turned up far too late! At about half twelve and queued for an hour and the guys said it was completely full. So thats really annoying, sounds like it was definately a night worth going to, but too packed?

it was on the scale of busy i dont like. ok i hark back to the days where i knew one in four of everybody in there but the peeps tonight didn't seem to be feeling it. i pulled back sensi by cluekid and there was alkmost no crowd reaction. weird in the context of n type's mind blowing audience participation of juat a few months ago. i want this sound to be popular but i want people to understand as well. at least a more natural less self conscious reaction as we seem to be getting from a lot of audience members.
that sais i enjoyed it and tried not to watch anything elkse. i need to get off the bus now.

I didn't think it woul be so busy with the Heaven gig on as well. But when i got there a 12.50 the queue was massimo! A few unhappy heads outside on the same thoughts as me. I managed to squeeze in at 1am (thanks Emma) and the place was buzzin.
Vibes wise...i think there was a distinct lack of noise and vocal particiapation from the majority of the crowd. Maybe a few of the heads had the night off. I know our little corner were giving it as much as we could.
Loefah was dark as ever...
Youngsta had me a a trance at one point. Some mad tribal vibes on one track that pulsed and throbbed like feckin crazy...and he had some top new bits i've never heard before. Still my top DJ.

probably becuase of the 2 clowns off their heads smashing into everyone and then wanting to start everytime someone objected to it...
and the top end during n-type was ridiculous. my ears are paying for it today...

shit, it's a long day at work after going to FWD!
anyway yeah i think there was loads of first timers last night and fair enough obviously everyone needs their first time at some point... but it did seem a bit flat??
to be fair i was less 100%skank than usual thanks to the massive turkish stew i yammed down just before going out... proper bloated!
but again i gotta say how much youngsta smashes it.. must have seen him 6 or 7 times now and EVERY SINGLE TIME he just batters the dance.. not a dj myself but he just seems so technically on point and intense when he plays. Love it!
