He does seem like a bit of a dick, like pushing that guys camera away... I can understand he needs to shit or whatever, but he could have said "wait up a minute, it's been a long trip blah blah" ya know. Maybe he was sick or something who knows. Who likes being ignored for no reason? Kinda rude. He didn't have time to get his picture taken, fair enough and I'm down with that. But no point to ignore people for no reason while they're just asking something.
