End of the day, he's the leader of a political party and so he should have as much right to voice his opinions as Cameron or Clegg...

If they're so arsed about him, they should just outlaw his party and put an end to it!

Well the BBC is primarily for licence payers, in the UK you're supposed to pay about £12 a month to fund the BBC (whether that is right or not is a separate issue).

If the BBC opened all it's resources to the whole world the costs of running iPlayer would be many orders of magnitude more and as the BBC is already struggling for money at the moment, the British license payers would end up having to pay more for something that's already a fairly contentious tax.

Question Time was an embarrassment. It was a pantomime. Nick Griffin is a dick but all the panel did was sling mud at him. They didn't ask him about any of his polices on education, the health service or tax. Jack Straw was pathetic when quizzed about immigration. I hate what Nick Griffin stands for but he did give straight answers when asked about his views. The voters are sick of listening to politicians who are more concerned that people will accuse them of being racist if they say what they think about immigration. Talking about immigration is not being racist. Last nights show reminded me of The Jerry Springer show.

I was thinking, when did Question Time turn into Jeremy Kyle? They should have got it over with and done a DNA test or something, but rather than proving his paternity, proving his 'British" Linage.

The audience were a fucking embarrassment, booing and hissing, the whole thing was just a pantomime.

I can't believe they did the tabloid thing of giving him a platform, then debating how bad it was to give him a platform. If it wasn't the BBC; we'd all be accusing them of grabbing ratings.

The thing is, I think everyone knew how the show was going to be before it was even aired!

He was never going to be able to speak, as the other guests are allowed to usually.

I think the reason they block it is because BBC is funded by TV licenses which are paid for by UK people, so letting the whole world in on it would be a bit unfair.....

Although yeah, just use a proxy, not done it myself but can't see it being that difficult

fucking foreigners, coming over here...taking our bandwidth.

uk citizens pay a TV license fee to the BBC which partially funds its programming

its like if u paid for HBO every month and found out someone in a next state was getting it for free
