Obama wins nobel prize

Obama wins nobel peace prize. Why?
Hard to believe that a U.S. President can win a peace prize while engaged in two wars.
Can some one please inform me as to why Obama has gotten a Nobel Peace Prize
when he has yet to do what he has gotten the prize for?

He was apparently awarded it for outstanding international diplomacy or something along those lines which is obviously quite ambiguous so its hard to say whether he has achieved it or not. If he had been awarded it for "ending the conflict in Afghanistan" then it would obviously be infinitely more refutable.
I do agree though - it was too early to say the very least.
I think I would be more annoyed if I thought there was a specific individual who deserved it. Ignorance is bliss I guess.

i originally thought this was completely ridiculous for obvious reasons, but from stuff ive read/watched since then, i now think theres a possibility that this was done for something obama will talk about soon, most likely before end of year which will be of immense importance

so like 12 days after he's on, the nobel comitee got info we don't know about and made this anticipated decision, without fearing obama will let them down?

dont really want to say anything in case it dont happen cos its not exactly concrete stuff ive been reading about, but if you really want to know now (though by end of year i reckon it will be public) im sure you can find it on the internets somewhere

He's done nothing but strengthen the power of the federal reserve and further sell his own country out to the bankers.
