hey, imo the low end sounds really empty, but you may have been going for that aesthetic :) also while that strings plucking does go through the whole song i found it a little hard to latch onto any particular element when the song first started, maybe you could develop things a little faster? ... interesting though & original!

I wasn't specifically going for the empty sounding bass, that kind of just happened and I liked how it turned out, but now that you mention it it does kid of lack a a bit, not sure what though.. sub volume? Energy? Oomf?
And yea, the main problem I seem to have with my tunes is that I'm not sure how to fill them out, they all seem to be lacking layers to pad out the sound. Pretty much all tunes I put together are the result of experimentation and learning as I go, so the strings were originally aiming to be a kind of joker-esque riding 8 bit bass, but it didn't sound that great. Fiddled a bit with it and that happened.
