Can someone please give me the name of the film Hatcha and Benga have sampled on their Planet Mu release, Ten Tons Heavy?

The film is called "10 tonnes heavy" in which Keanu Reaves must save a classfull of kintergarten children from a 10 tonne weight hung over their playground. Also features Halle berry as the kintergarten teacher, who plays the love interest in the film.
Dont think this one made it to the cinema im afraid, have a look on ebay.

it's Rutger Hauer in Sin City. That movie has been used in at least 3 well known dubstep tracks (also Hag and Here's a sign by Skream), so it's kinda played out by now.

I'm really annoyed that Loefah used the Scanners sample ('Goat Stare') - I've been wanting to use that for ages.
