Dunno what the fuck is going on with that snare in my track. Every time I hit it it retriggers itself over and over until it's just a blur of snare drums. What the fuck. I only opened it in reason to have a listen to the sample pack, put it in a redrum with no effects or anything. Weird as.
Aah, is it actually a loop then?

4 minutes is hardcore... i've got my structure, made an effort to keep it short and it's still at 4:40 after cutting stuff out.

Oy, had the same issue in Reason, I just converted the file into wav format again, then cut it up in Recycle and re-sampled in Redrum.
Good collection of samples in this one.

Will get on the case of starting tonight. I've lots of projects on at the moment so I'll focus on this for the time-being purely because of the deadline (3 weeks would have been better

)

the problem is (if your using the reason redrum) that when you load the sample the length of the sample is set to 127 (which makes it loop). try setting it to about 58

Im really not sure about why the snare loops over and over, it's one I made myself so I made sure it was just a standard bounce of the snare on its own. Fuck knows what I did cause it's looping for me aswell, but on FL you just gotta turn off the loop points and it's sorted.
Glad people are into the samples, I was spoilt for choice but from peoples reactions it doesn't look like they were bad choices...

I've not been focusing my creative drive on this yet!!!!
Purely because I'm making a track that feels quite special, almost finished too
I might even put it up for free as a 320kbps mp3 if I'm feeling generous

hehe
But yea, c'mon Wrexile you tnuc! Get on with it!!!
**slaps self into action**
Haven't even checked out the samples yet either

Here's a question - I've built a drum loop, but I want to export it to a separate .wav then put it into a project, just to de-clutter things. Should I basically master the drum loop and get it as loud as possible?

Depends on what kind of beat you want, the snare is the most processed drum sample for me atm as I sometimes leave hats and kick unprocessed. But it all down to what sounds good and fits your tune
