ISO: Post-Rock or Shoegaze Influenced Dubstep tunes/remixes

So i'm looking to do a mix with a very post-rock or shoegaze influence. I've got a few
things lined up, but I'm definitely interested in mining for some choice selections,
or even motivate folks to work on some remixes if the thought was already there...
Post in the thread or PM!

Top for monday.
Odd, i never heard that L-Wis refix until now, just the Udachi one.
I think the original works in the mix just as well, really.
There's a good bit of stuff on Morr music that will work in this context.

Not that they're Dubstep, but I'm sure you could throw in a Tortoise track or two and it'd play nice w/ the other choons.

I'll cosign on Blue Daisy's latest as having a shoegaze-y vibe.
PS: Yo, Cutups - what's good! Good to see you are still running PGH.

For sure. I'm up for specific, non-dubstep suggestions. Ideally it's going to be something that's quantized enough for mixing.

how about Zomby's remix of Animal Collective's "Summertime Clothes"? It has some echo'y vocals, dreamy shoegazy lead sound...

Just thought of:
Mount Kimbie
+
the last couple singles from Eskmo
...kind of an a next-level rock / dubstep tip imo. Eskmo's Mew remix is surprisingly good.

maybe these might fit in:
one of the sides on Gravious-Fall / Winter Sun
Distance-Delight is huge
most of Vaccines stuff
theres a nice warm loopy track off Seefeel - Succour that's around 70/140 that blends nicely with dubstep, forgot what its called tho

For the record me neither. Don't mess with perfection.

I am releasing this track on a full length album release later this spring. If you want a copy for your mix just contact me and I will hook you up. I spent the 90's playing in a shoegaze/space rock band. Nowadays I make dubz. This song kind of blends the two worlds. Check it out.
