Australia was lucky enough to have Appleblim visit its shores recently, so we bailed him up for a chat after his dj set, which was a blinder.

The man needs no introduction, so to hear one of the scene's most original producers go check it out. It was a bit of a nightmare to shoot (security guards, drunken yout's walking through the shot, lighting something at 4am in the morning) so if you dig it please drop some feedback and let us know if we should do more.

Nice interview. Blim always comes across as a sound guy. He says "y'know?" a lot though.

I think he's still lurking around, so apologies for my vagueness - it's hard to know what tense to speak in when it comes to the innerwebs!

One thing I can be sure of though is that he's a champ, and he played a blinder in Melbourne, so def go see him!
