First UK Funky set in Phoenix!!!!

I'm on top of things here in Phoenix, and I haven't heard of anyone dropping a full set of Funky around here until last Saturday I played a gig @ Club Sanctum. Intimate Crowd mind you, but the Funktion One Sound System was killin' it!!!
I played Roska, Doc Daneeka, Julio Bashmore, D-Malice, Ill Blu, Crazy Cousinz just to name a few. Big tunes!!!
So phoenix got baptized with the UK FUNKY finally. Hoping to ROCK UK THURSDAYS (Cherry Lounge) in January & my new FUNKY RIDDIMS monthly in February. HOLD TIGHT!
Is there any other DJ's in the West Coast doing UK Funky????

Thats right Bok Bok. You guys did. Sorry I missed that one, Had a gig somewhere else. But I meant from a local DJ. But You're Right from any DJ...You were first. Props for that. How was the crowd at FUSE?????? They're more of an electro night.

Myself, Prince William, and Sines seem to be holding it down for our respective Texas cities.
Austin, Dallas, Houston. Wouldn't say it's ever all funky though.

Personally, I've found ALL of the Funky dj/producers way cooler and more responsive to a US DJ into the genre. I find more exclusiveness in other genres. I've touched base with very Hi profile Funky producers with no attitude, all of them nice & helpful.
