Wobble Burn - Comments and advice please

Hi,

This is turning out to be one of the better tracks I've made. But I'd like some harsh comments please so I can make it as good as it can be. Any advice regarding the arrangement (especially the intro and breakdown), as well as mixing tips.

I'm still working on it and will bring levels up in mastering (trying to keep that snappy snare while smashing it to bring it up to the level of other tracks, but it's tricky).

Thanks guys!

Ah right, thank you. I'm actually fairly crap at hats. I'll give it a go.

Anything else?

Haven't got round to playing with the hats, but the mix is updated quite a bit. Much more saturated and made a couple of the effects a bit less boring.

The link at the top is the newest version still B). Comments still appreciated please!

Thanks! You think the hats are the main thing that need attention? Anything else specifically in the mix that's a bit dull?

I second the advice on the h@s,.. only I would have them playing 16th's, seeing as the momentum of the composition seems to be vearing in that direction.

I'm not overly keen on the sound of the h@s, they sound a little too synthetic in my opinion. Also I feel that the change, that then leeds back into (repeating) the chorus, seems a bit out of place, maybe have it cropped into a 1 bar variation?

The bass and the snare sound really good, nice and chunky, will slap any1 about in the venue lol :D
