I started getting back into the gym just before Christmas... need to make sure I keep it up as I thought I was starting to get a bit unfit. Currently running 6k/s (about 2.5miles ish) 3 times a week and doing a few lightish weights because I'm a big girl.

10 minute warm-up on the rowing machine set to 6-7 resistance.
Stretching.
15 minutes on the treadmill, starting off at 6ish KPH and moving up to 10 KPH towards the end back down to 6 for a few minutes.
15 minutes on the bike, keeping it above 80 rotations per minute. On my gym's settings I stick around the level 8 resistance.
15 minutes on the eplictical trainer, usually around resistance 10 keeping it above 120 reps a minutes
Chest press at 60 kg
Row press at 50kg
Lats at 65 kg
Leg extention at 60 kg
Then do some sit-ups on the training ball, some ab work (leg lifts etc) and squats.
5 minutes on eplicital trainer to warm down
Stretches.
Die.
And I do this shit 3 times a week

I try and eat as good as I can...
Do a few press ups now and then...
Stretch quite abit...
Do a few weights now and again...
And I'm fuckin sexy.
Fuck a routine, just eat good and stretch well, and if you have time to do some weights, then do some weights, if you have time to go for a run, go for a run, simples...

As soon as i get out of bed
20 situps
20 press ups
20 star jumps
repeat again before I go to bed.
Im thinking of doing it at lunch as well, but i'd feel like a bit of a tool doing situps n the like in my office...
I have a friend who no word of a lie does 12 sets of reps a day while at work however he has no fear and balls made of titanium.
Getting some weights next week, and next up its plucking up the courage to go jogging round mile end (maybe I should go vicky park) .....hmm...

Yeah, I know who you mean...
It's basic shit though...
eat breakfast, porridge, cereal, bananas, beans on toast, eggs.... not sausages and bacon etc
stretch alot
drink lots of water, cold water...
try not to eat carbs as the day draws to an end...
check the saturated fat content to ensure you're not eating complete shit.
stretch more, drink more water
do a few press ups now and again...
eat food high in protein, tuna, chicken, steak, infact eat all the meat you can... besides fatt shit like burgers and sausages, still to filleted stuff...
but don't eat the same shit day in day out, vary it abit... get your veg, your salad, all your essential vitamins n shit, and avoid sugar carbs and fat on a night, simplez

That's pretty much what I do, minus the stretches, plus crunches.
Also, try to hit nights out and brock out at least once a month, twice preferably.
But, mostly, wank a lot.

This too. Though it's getting more like one a month. Must up efforts for sake of body....

I actually quit the gym due to now living about 20 miles away.. the 31st is my last day. So a friend got me that p90x thing and says it's great and you can do it with limited gear / space. Anyone tried it at all?

Yeah same here. I missed my December sessions completely. Already feeling out of shape, painting a house doesn't work the body in quite the same way. Need to go out a bit more to get myself in shape for skiing in late Jan. Hardcore skanking is real good for that.

I should start going to the gym again...
I'm not fat but I just need some "corrections" here and there
That and my punches aren't what they used to be anymore.

Skate sometimes
Climb up things
Jump off of them
Jump down stairs
Run everywhere
Smoke cigarettes
Masturbate
Run around some more
Pace around everywhere
Drink 5 cups of coffee per meal
Forget to eat
Mostly, it's really high metabolism.
