Drumclinic is proud to present two massive Manchester debuts in EL-B and SHORTSTUFF. A lineup that has been admired by some of Manchester’s best promoters. In addition, we have the full NEURON PRO AUDIO SYSTEM which was in full effect at the deep medi night recently.

Drumclinic is proud to present the MANCHESTER DEBUT of EL-B. The man that has sculpted and defined the modern dubstep sound and famously inspired the prodigious talent of BURIAL and countless others. El-b (Real name Lewis Beadle) has had an influence on dubstep that cannot be understated.
With his first release in 1997, his tough, dynamic production style gained him much notoriety in the burgeoning garage scene. His slinky rhythms and deadly bass licks combined to give him a style that would set him head and shoulders above his competitors and in turn cement his reputation as one of the early pioneers of dubstep.
El-b's track 'Express' mutated the 2step sound, allowing more space for darker atmospherics and extra weight in the bass. It was these changes that helped spawn the dubstep sound we all know and love. We hope you can all make it down to give this man the MANCHESTER WELCOME he deserves.

On the night El-b will also be joined by MC Rolla! The resident MC of GHOST RECORDS. This man is a beast on the mic and an amazing talent. Has to be seen along with E-B to appreciate just how good this man is!
Shortstuff (Blunted Robots) MANCHESTER DEBUT

Its been quite a year for this man, with a string of releases on Ramp, Planet mu and Berkane Sol amongst others, he and his cohort Brackles have been getting some major props with their fresh take on the garage sound. Not content with being a killer producer he is also one of our favourite djs with an array of mixes across the internet as evidence. Another Manchester debut. we think this guy is the perfect support to el-b!

Curve DJ;
We have curve dj coming down to spin a few records at our next night. Curve is a UK Funky night in band on the wall and have had a few amazing guests in recent months including Joy Orbison, Cooly G and Geenus. We have asked CURVE DJ to come down and show you all what’s in his record bag. We cant wait to hear what he lays down.
Also LIVE ART will be on display from the Drumclinic live art crew; the LACKADAISICALS and others.
Residents ORIGNAL FACE. MOUZONE AND MUSASHI will be filling in the gaps throughout the night. Playing Dubstep, Dubtechno, Garage and everything inbetween.
At sub61, Deansgate. Just behind the walkabout, right beside mansion. Its a new and awesome venue and amazing space. A venue you will all be spending a lot of time in.
