Change of tempo is good, I cant recall any by other artists right now. Not trying to blow my own trumpet, but I like to swap tempo's/time signature changes in my music.
I put three different sections with tempo changes in this track below, which is an amalgamation of Hip Hop/Wonky or whatever and 2 Step.
I'm not sure how people take the track though. I'd like to think it doesn't jar too much. I hope that the transitions are smooth enough.
