STINK LIKE SOCK 3RD BIRTHDAY CELEBRATION
SATURDAY 6TH MARCH 2010 @ THE JUNCTION, CAMBRIDGE, cb1 7gx

Stink Like Sock started 3 years ago in the small back room of a pub in Hitchin, breaking the sound of Dubstep onto uneducated ears and re-igniting rave vibes that had disappeared years before. Run by 3 DJ’s passionate about their music, within 18 hectic bass fuelled months it graduated to the East of Englands most revered rave venue, The Junction in Cambridge, and had helped firmly put the area on the map as a force to be reckoned within the Dubstep community. Pulling the scenes top names to play on one the best club soundsystems in the country, bolstered by an electric atmosphere, Stink Like Sock is nominated in this years Dubstepforum awards for “Best event” with good reason.

Shy Fx & Dynamite MC
[Expect Shy to drop Jungle, Dubstep, Drum’n’Bass and who knows what else. A veteran of smashing up the dance]
Hatcha & Crazy D (Kiss FM)
[Officially the father, hosts a weekly Dubstep show on Kiss FM! Hatcha’s worked at Big Apple Records in Croydon, the epicenter of the flourishing dubstep scene; he also signed 2 teenagers called Skream and Benga in 2002 and pushed their talent to the masses.]
Coki & Sgt. Pokes
[co-producer of the smash “Night” with Benga, the prolific and much loved producer from the DMZ camp graces our decks. He’s joined by Sgt. Pokes with his ever entertaining style ‘pon mic]
DJ Youngsta
[Hands down the best technical DJ in the scene. A mesmerizing DJ with a one away rollin selection, and FWD and Rinse favourite]
T_! [3 decks]
[One third of the SLS team and Ghetto Knowledge co-manager , repping Macabre Unit. Quick, slick mixing, across the board selection, and guaranteed vibes, on 3 decks]
