Havnt heard any funky that appeals to me yet.

Roska makes quite dark sounding Funky.

i would say roska is a little on the light side of the spectrum... love his sound, just don't know if i'd call him dark

not strictly funky but if you're looking for dark "wut u call it" house check:

I must warn you, not every Funky House sounds the same like every Dubstep track, so it might not be your thing.
