I think they mean it's a good tune but they think Zomby is capable of a lot more so it's good but not good compared to what he's capable of in this person's view.

The synth work is great on this no doubt. But thats all really isnt it? Could've done a lot more with the rhythm section I think.

it's an all right tune. not as good as the original, but different. glad that it sounded like zomby actually finished a tune instead of just throwing out a couple of minutes of beats and calling it a day.
