Anyway this is takin a rediculously long time to come out, yes it's a sick tune now release it - people just get fucked off with the amount of times it takes. They're probably losing potential sales now. Same as Badman, release it already

G4L is supposed to mean gangsta for life i think. Its from Rihanna's album R Rated which Chase & Status produced some tracks for. As far as i am aware the rights to the tune have been signed to Rihanna's label so im guessing the chance of it seeing a release is slim.

Because it is now a backing track for Rhianna - G4L it is not gonna be coming out (as far as i am aware).
Only way you can have it is if you play it with the vocals over the top.

I agree with you guys, chase & status's demise to Universal has been absolutely chaotic. They've pretty much managed to piss of all of their old fans, such a shame.

i'd imagine if it gets released as a single, like with most popular r&b/hip hop if you buy the american copy it will come with an instrumental and acapella.. problem solved. never understood the hype over it anyway..

i didnt care that she used the beat (cos its not half bad for a pop tune), but the fact that they have basically given her the beat pisses me off. one of the better beats they made and now they cant put it out. 
if the vip comes out i suppose that would make up for it.

I used to like Chase & Status... a lot. maybe even... more than a lot?

anyways... my personal opinion? they have crossed over to the dark side. I'm not questioning their production skills or techniques... but it seems like they have stopped doing it for the love, and more for the industry...
in my eyes, they are working with the enemy...
but that won't stop me from brockkin out if they release some more heavy tunes... but I no longer regard them as highly as I did. Rhianna? srsly?
