Yoo,

I eventually got the dubplate.net site to work for me and added a few tracks to the cart...

After reading so many comments about people having troubles with the site, I was a little worried about placing an order!

Some say they get the stuff they order in quick time.... others say they take your money and don't bother replying to your emails for weeks...

I thought i would risk it! £15 for some classic favs wasn't too bad!

So anyway, the payment went through fine (of course) and then I was told i would get a confirmation email.... of course i didn't get one...

Now i am worried that my money has been taken and I wont get the records!

I emailed admin@dubplate.net asking about it.... no reply...


Can anyone shed any light on the situation? Anyone post on here that is involved with the site?

Made two orders in the last week, one came next day one came in two days. A record was out of stock on my first order and I got a quick email response and picked another tune, it was shipped separately and came a day later than the others - didn't even hold up the whole order. Seem to be really good even if the site can be a tad dodgy.

p.s - my confirmation email came through after the records arrived. Maybe its some technical issue but either way judging on past experience I'm sure they will have your order and you'll receive it shortly

When I had email contact I used - sales@dubplate.net seemed to work fine, try that if you're worried.

Used dubplate.net the other week, didn't get an order confirmation from them....only from the Visa debit authentication. What I ordered still came without any problems though.

not had problems with them, just a few delays. call them rather than email if you have problems.

I ordered some bingo beats MP3's and I still cant download them! "there is an error with the file". After 2 emails and a phone call where the guy took my email address still nothing! Its only a tenner and I needed the tunes to play out so I went to beatport where I got a few of them, but very irritated. Still waiting.. as its an online issue I doubt it will ever get fixed...

lesson learned. I thought the price was too good to be true.

Took about a month and several e-mails to get my tempa tee in the post.

Good products, shit service.

lol i ordered a rinse tee, i got a email a few days later saying 'we cant see what you ordered'

they said the cart was empty and my cash went through. i got my tee no problem, just found it a bit odd.

f*ckin appalling service, actually shocking, not the first time its happened to me, or many others (from reading forums)

Waiting 3weeks now, rang em bare times, one time said they'd post it that day (that was a week ago), subsequent phone calls have evoked no answer or some cockney breh taking my email n saying he'll ring me bk which, never happens, they took my money a couple of days after the order, oh and i never received confirmation just a receipt from worldpay for the cash, and they haven't replied to my multiple e-mails.

Biggest piss-take is the postage cost, best part of £40, should have been here 9am the next day packaged in gold, delivered by a butler like fellow in a limo

the postage is a liberty, BUT, if you think about how much it wd cost elsewhere, its still not bad.

never paid a penny for postage at redeye and their service is the best i've ever dealt with. still no tshirt

i used to be able the to access the site most times but now i never can.

tried to call the number and got through to some random company that had nothing to do with music and told me that it was a switchboard...
