A place to log your production achievements.

If you get airplay or whatever, tell us in here:

I got blogged which is pretty pleasing, it gets my name out there to more people at least.

perhaps a bit unrelated, but WFMU played a track by my old joke retarded lo-fi black metal band, impaled beyond all reason. song is called "descending into a grey sky thru frozen light".....which we named using the black metal song title generator o matic

was played on brian turners show over new york/new jersey airwaves at around 4 in the afternoon, so thats pretty cool i guess. me and the other dude in the band were particularly tickled as we're both fan boys of the awesomeness that is WFMU

if anyone wants to check out our shitty song, go here www.myspace.com/impaledbeyondallreason

Got sent recordings of what were (apparently) some of my frst live production plays... Was pretty amped... Its a good feeling, coming from the DJ side of things myself, to here someone else givn my productions love in thier sets... I alwyas felt like if it was someone like me or my crew rinsing a track, it just wouldnt be the same.

I've done a few pretty cool things, nothing to write home about but it's cool nonetheless :) Had my first digital release last September, been blogged (with and without my knowledge lol) and more recently my old school friends who are now running club nights are asking me to play their nights, most recently a guy who's doing a night in Rescue Rooms (relatively large venue run by the same guys who do Stealth and Rock City) in conjunction with Rubadub which I think is a pretty big step up for me :)

Nothing on DH's achievements dow tbh :3 I think I'd feel happiest when I get a track released on vinyl, cause then it's something physical and not just on the interwebs...

Couple of digi releases.
Digi and Vinyl releases coming up later in the year.
Starkey, Warlock & Noyeahno, Threnody, Valta, Fused Forces, Kid Logic, Shambles, Swoop, DJ Cal Cutta, Aporia and Big O all played my music on their radio shows.
Did a mini interview for a blog a while back and two proper ones soon.
Doing a mix for an FM radio show for next weeks broadcast.

Away from production - I'm starting a bi-weekly night in a pub, a bi-monthly night in a club, some charity events and I'm involved in the running of a small festival in the Summer. Getting a booking agency and small vinyl label up and running is on the cards too :)
