alright chaps,
im leaving with a couple of mates on a road trip in america for as long as the money lasts...

we're starting in miami, heading down to new orleans for mardi gras, heading up the west coast, into canada west to east,
then down the east coast...
should be epic, anyone got any reccomendations of anything particularly awesome to check out on the way?
hopefully gunna be checking low end theory in l.a...

anyway yeh, its a big place. just got back from 3 1/2 months in India so it should be an interesting change!

Eat regional foods. Chicken fried steak, fried chicken, etc. from Florida through Louisiana, then from Texas to Cali eat the best Mexican food everrrrrr. Don't really know what California cuisine would be (American, i guess).

If you roll through Houston drop me a pm or something, i can recommend some good food or maybe cook you some wicked steaks.

If you stop near Austin on your way to the west coast, it's a great city for live music and the dubstep scene is killing it out there. It's not too far from New Orleans, maybe a days drive so if you're looking for somewhere to spend the night, might want to check it. Houston as well, even closer to NO.

this. I suggest going to Philly, and coming to NY.

I'm gunna guess you're going to be hitting up Vancouver during the Olympics (or maybe just after)? I haven't been there for a long time, but Stanley Park was cool shit, especially since you can go to the Aquarium. If you end up hitting up Calgary, let me know son

edit. check this out. i voted for both of these guys but i only like the black one. gibbons is an evil man who is attempting to shut down most of the higher education in the state, including the very school i attend. but he makes a good point.
