Right, as someone pointed out, I'm literally skin and bones, no muscle on me.
Got some weights at home, joining gym next month, for now, what's the best way for improving shoulders, arms, forearms and pecks.
Obv I know like the "basic" shit but on a serious note, what's a good routine?

No, im turning into a flabby bastard but cant be arsed to do anything about it.
I'd rather get back into Kite surfing/boarding than start a proper fitness routine, just dont have the enthusiasm for it anymore.

i do not have the time for skating anymore, nor riding, this is serious weights only. dont really ned cardio as well, i don't have any fat to burn

Fuck paying to go to a gym.
Eat everything in moderation, do press ups, do weights, run, swim and get enough sleep. (Run on soft surfaces because running on concrete gradually fucks your knees).

it's at a mates rate dealio, i like saunas too. probably fit women there as well.
generally speaking, that is what im doing. my diet is a ok, i don't run (i smoke) and i don't like swimming (i have my reasons). literaly, sit ups, press ups and doing some weights. what 'technique' do you use for shoulders?
sorry i dont know the lingo or anything.

lift heavy - low reps, concintrate on compound lifts especially deadlifts and squats
eat a lot
whey protein after your workouts
