I'm digging a lot of this electro house shit I've been hearing, anyone got any suggestions for producers to listen to?

Linkwood & Fudge Fingas are kickin major ass at the moment. Their Firecracker EP's are essential and Linkwood's recent LP "System" is amazing stuff. Fudge Fingas has an LP dropping soon too.

the best thing to do is sit down and search though beatport/traxsoure and find the producers you like, note them down, they also have "what the customer aslo brought with that track" so listening too them aswell we help find what sounds you like... we might give you names want we feel are big producers but dont do it for you...that way you find nice lil gems aswell, the more research you do the more you will find out what you like from the genre's

Well, dunno if its technically house, but some Felix Da Housecat shit is nice, so is Beetroots and a little Boys Noize. Not really sure what genre that'd fall under. Electro? Electro House? Fuck I hate genre names.

the good thing about this genre and all its subs are you can mix, match and genre cross, try to be creative as possible, theres nothing in any rulebook to say if you start off with a 120bmp Techno track, you cant just fade it out or use effects to merge into something faster and end the mix on a, say 128-130bpm jackin' track, just freestyle.
Try not to stick to a certain formula, there are stacks of mixes about (in all genres) with the same tunes being played, which is great, but mix up the genres and BPM range for better results id say. House music is about expression, theres no right tor wrong, just do what you think is right, and you'll find your own place.
