Fruityloops + massive question.

Hello I just got my midi keyboard today and I setup my massive to a bunch of knobs and shit, I also setup a slider to change the LFO Rate. Me and my buddy freestyled for like 30 mins just fucking around and we were recording in fruityloops we clicked record everything. Now we want to know how we can take certain parts of our recording that were good and copy and paste them to another massive but still have all the data. When we copy the notes from the piano roll and paste it on the other massive that was a clone it doesnt save the other data like our lfo rate and the knob data.

I've had this same problem of Massive retaining live knob/fader twiddles but being completely unable to find the data in my DAW. I think I read an explanation from an admin at the NI Massive forum, you might want to ask your question there. The forum addy is:

Record > Turn knobs and faders > Tools > Last Tweaked > Create Automation Clip, edit what parts you want to use.
Open that automation clips channel options > Articulator > Copy State
Create a blank LFO automation for your other massive channel
Open that clips channel options > Articulator > Paste state.
Probably not the quickest method, but it works.

That method wont work becuase im using 4 parameters + lfo sync so is there anyway to do this or what, or should I look into just recording it as sound clips and then just chopping the ones i want.

It will work fine, you just need to do each thing seperately, everything you record will draw itself into its own event, you can pick and chose what parameters you want to do this with, its just a bit of a lengthly process.
Browser > Current Project > Automation > Pattern #. Everything you record (no matter how many parameters) will be recorded here, right click, edit events, then the same process to create automation clip.
And LFO Sync is fine, it has automatable options, if you go to View > Toolbars > Hint Bar, and then play with it
