does anyone know how to make a high pitched almost whistley sort of sound using something like massive and any other effects on it? something similar to that sound in doctor p - sweet shop

i have tried a scream filter with high resonance and scream, but it doesn't sound that fat and also doesn't change with the pitch of the notes being played. ive tried a few other things as well but everything just sounds either weak or wayy to harsh and actually annoying lol
