Well I aint gonna lie, I have been quite unwell with chronic hyperventilation, this means like not suddenly breathing funny, but happens slowly throughout the course of the day. I dont feel 'normal' and get quite agrophobic, not going out to see friends etc... its down to stress and sh!t...
This means that i get very dizzy, disorientated and normally end up in me having a panic attack randomly, or passing out, or both. I have even hulluconated whilst having a panic. Scary shit i can tell you.
Been happening for like 3-4 months now, and its really effecting me. Not being able to play gigs I have been invited to play at (big ups Pete at carbon logic, was gonna play at the rhythm factory after Joker), and big ups legend4ry for inviting me to play at one of his Rapture nights. I have had to turn these two wikid peeps down unfortunately in the recent past.
It even led me to nearly put my degree on hold for a year, but luckily managed to agree some extensions with the lecturers.
So basically, i'm on the mend, but wanted to say thanks <3 to the people here in keeping me focused on my music when my chips were down. I'm on the mend now, but fuck me the NHS mental health clinic are shit. if i could afford to I would go privately. I know this is random, but this forum in a strange way has seen me through some dark times. Big ups each and every!
