The pinnacle of dubstep production

Im just well interested as to what tunes people reckon are the best produced out there, not necessarily youre favourites, but just ones that strike you as a stroke of genius.
For me, the big 3 have to be Qawalli (a masterpiece of not just dubstep, but any genre) Surgery by kromestar (I reckon the beep in this tune just makes the bass sound so ridiculously heavy, just the timing of when it hits and...ah bollocks to it, i cant explain. That beep just gets my juices going.)
Oh yeah, and red eye. Because its the most ridiculous thing humans have ever made. Probably the one tune above all else that is going to send me nutty, i just love the coki sound.
Anyone?

For some reason i never think of toasty when thinking of stuff like this, to be honest i dont even really know why i made this thread, im not well listened enough to be able to make any kind of deductions myself, im just high and bit bored.
I still think Qawalli stands as a piece of pure genius.

Beat me to it mate, 'Knowledge' or 'Skinny' will take some beating IMO, but I agree 'Qawwali' is a hell of a tune, if not in terms of actual production then in terms of a truly beautiful tune.
