Blending elements of Hip Hop, Grime, Dubstep, Baltimore Club, Rave, House and Electro, New York City’s Trouble and Bass crew drop all things sub heavy in your club. Heavy bass champion, Drop the Lime formed the crew focusing on the energy of the music, rather than genre, all united by one thing, bass. DTL teamed up with club cutting DJ/Producer Math Head, and began throwing the infamous monthly Trouble & Bass Brooklyn events. Word traveled fast through the scene and soon the Trouble and Bass Collective grew, with affiliates representing from Philadelphia (Starkey, Dev 79) and New York (Star Eyes, Zack Shadetek, Passions, Curses!,The Captain & Shark). With hype, press and remixes spreading quickly over the internet Trouble and Bass has become recognized as the go to crew for state side bass heavy grime, dub step, and house, remixes and originals that bang in the club.
When the full crew jump behind the decks, expect nothing but a genre bending energetic dance party.
