I want to build a pair of 18" scoops - Any1 inthe kno?

Melbournes soundsystems are never going to get better 
I want to start to build something in 2007.
Starting with some nice scoops bins.
Been looking through www.speakerplans.com
But cant really find detailed specs on building a big fuckoff scoop cabinet.
Has anyone got any past experience with making soundsystems?
or Can forward me someone in the know who might have a detailed design/plans?

It might take fookin time to save cash and get a finished result,but just not the same going out here after DMZ in Leeds.
