Specific DSF ME

I'm looking to have a track mastered and I remember one knowledgeable DSF poster who was speaking in a (I thought it was stickied) thread about how to keep about 6 db of headroom when you send a track to be mastered. He had a banner that linked to his website where he explained his service and had some example clips, but I cannot find this poster or his site. :(

If anyone can help me out I'd appreciate it!
