the track underneath the sax is passable
whadya think about the sample?
starting to hear more of this sort of stuff that would've been considered cheesy.

I actualy really like it, guido makes cheap sounds sound great, if you know what I mean
just out of curiosity, what do you think about D1's Mind & Soul and I'm Loving?

never liked chipmunk vocals I'm loving is more liquid-soulful-funky but doesn't rely on one sample.
(I'd rather Joy or Dubstep Warz of his recent work)
what about you?

The pitched up vox in mind and soul works for me, but my fave d1 is either baboo or sorrow, fwiw
guido makes the tastiest cheese! Always huge on a system

hahaha the funny thing is that i've been bumpin this tune constantly for the last 24 hours.
Love this tune so much
I really want Big Gigantic to cover or remix this song. Their heavily jazz influenced based out of Colorado, US. Their main dude also rips the sax live in his shows check it out:
no disrespect but I don't see how this is relevant to the OP's query

i think he's implying that the sample works better when paired with a huge sub as intended, and asking the OP if he's had that experience and is able to judge the track as a whole
just a heads up, most of the threads on here go off topic

no I realize
I feel like the "ever heard it on a big system?" argument goes very far for this music but just seems out of place in this thread
I mean, you could put a big sub under a Freshly Ground track and play that on a big system, but that wouldn't away the fact that you sampled Freshly Ground

Absolutely love it. Guido's album is amazing, I'd say he's the most musically talented out of the Bristol Purple trinity
