Vocals

hello i was wondering what you guys do to vocals to like make them sound choppy and stuff... like how would you build up vocals on a drop buildup etc? i know about reverb but the delays so it repeats itself like a snip of it if im not explaining what i mean well enough say :D but hopefully you get the jist :D

it really depends on what you want.. chop it up & spread out the sections for a stutter effect. im not sure what you mean though, have you got an example?

yeah the stutter effect! but ive tried to tweak with delay etc but cant seem to get it right :/

does a great job if you want to chop/stutter anything, with lots of variety.

Automate Ableton Live's beat repeat effect (if that's the sequencer you use)
