Dubstepforum.com

i have been a small part of this forum for a couple months now and i have noticed it has many members who all contribute avidly. the information on here is extremely helpful and abundant if you are trying to learn to produce dubstep. it's also helpful in other aspects of music production, not just for dubstep.

now, as much as i LOVE dubstep, i don't like to produce ONLY dubstep. i love almost all genres and like to produce many different genres. i have actually taken the time to look at forums for other genres of music such as house, trance, etc. and havn't come across any that seemed very helpful or as populated as DSF. there are some good drum n bass forums, but that's not what im talking about. not only that, but some of the forums i've come across i just don't like the layout or general look, not that this is a big factor, im just saying.

does anyone know of any really good forums out there for house or trance? or music production in general. i sometimes venture onto "The FLipside Forum" which is a forum for FL Studio users, but not much else besides that.

tbh you should find a board that specializes in electronic music production, not necessarily house/trance.

On topic though, I really haven't seen another electronic music forum as decent as this one is. Because hell, most other music forums you can't get any sort of discussion going on.

www.glitchhopforum.com can be a helpful site sometimes, and they get some big name mandems (well, big within the small glitch hop scene...) posting on there....

otherwise, ive struggled to find a good forum. tbh, im not even that big on dubstep, i just like this forum

it's all about the snho. I visit dubstepforum ONLY because of this section. The people on here are as wack as me, but also very smart and very helpful and funny.
If they would close the snho, i think 95% of my life would be ruined

wasnt feeling SNHO at first but it takes up most of my day now. love it! best forum i've been on yet. the kerrang! stoner doom forum was sick back in the day (if you like that kind of thing).

as far as forums go, i like the grass city forum the most. it's not a music forum but there are so many people on there and so many different sections and threads its rediculous. always interesting stuff on there, AND its all stoners haha

I'd really like just a good general music forum, but they all seem to be shit.
