at my last job we handled an LVMH company. working with conglomerates are wierd because instead of having regional managers they have like 10 people that run the whole show. strangest trillion dollar company i've ever worked with. the problem with having ten people in charge is that everyone under them is scared to bring anything creative to the table, and or take risks, in fear of losing their job.
