Alright, been trying to make this sound tonight. i guess it could be similar to the garage bass style, but in all honestly, I suck at these types of sounds and im not getting to far.
The sound id like to remake is at 0.27 seconds.
Just to clear up, its not the growley distorted talking wuuuerrraaahhhh im on about, its the sort of stabby garagey lead bass sound.
ideally im working in massive or albino, but im obviously willing to put in the time to transfer anyones knowledge from their synth to mine
any help, greatly appreciated!

It definitely has a closing low pass filter on it with a short attack/decay and sustain turned all the way down on the envelope.

yeh, ive got the asdr bit down, filters ive been playing with
my (limited) knowledge suggests its square based with a low of sine underneath, filtered - everything i make sounds "too" square if that makes any sense, this has a nice soft edge to it, but it isnt created using attack as the stabs are pretty much instant. boggling, i love this stuff!

Sounds like loads of the presets on the Predator VST with some extra verb.
Sounds like there's a really quick filter sweep on there. Try assigning an Sawtooth LFO to the low pass filter, square waves, a bit of FM and detuning...

Some kinda little pitch bend in there too. Swear it's a (tweaked) preset. I think we've all heard it.

there was one preset under bass called short bell or somthing, that sounded similar - with some filtering and eq it could probably be worked into the sound, i havnt the time right now but ill give it another go later
