Dutty Artz crew (NYC) and Tormento Tropical (SF) are the dudes to get at about cumbia in the states. El-B is def. on this flex as well.

also eddie stats who does the ghetto palms podcast is a badman! One of the DJ's at basement bhangra and all around wicked sonic man. First person from the states to interview Kano in 2005, i believe.
