the track I'm talking about is 'southpaw' by datsik. the tempo seems to be in the 85bpm range ...
1) should i warp it at 85BPM in ableton live or at 170BPM (for easy mixing)
2) know of any other dubstep tracks with this kind of tempo?
thanks in advance

Thats not dubstep.
Its hiphop.
Glitch hop... look it up... itll all mix into it.
Dont try n twist that too 140 itll sound shit.
FInd some other hop tunes until you get too where you have some ambience on a breakdown, go into dubstep there.

Warp it at it's original tempo, then, adjust the BPM on the master for whatever you want to play it back at.
