Hey guys, I’m pretty new to dubstep.
My ideal taste is grindcore/death metal. While listening to: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Bl0La2Vfsh4
I was really impressed with the sound..and so forth I found myself digging around for some tuneage and I found some dubstep
(goth-trad, bar-9, broken note, chasing shadows, chrispy, distance, Koan Sound, Substep Infrabass, Tomba..ect)

Today I came across Singaya which written beside the title “Deathstep” http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=J2E3gpLRO9Q

Now I’m hooked… I love how heavy it sounds.. And So I have been having trouble finding “death step” bands..

So I was wondering if anyone would be able to point me in the direction to similar bands to Singaya.
Much Appreciated!

yeah my man was always into house/electro and stuff like that.. the only thing i listened to that came close was my belly dancing stuff.. which has some pretty sweet tuneage and if cranked up can make your house feel like a thousand earth quakes have emerged into one. :)

but then i found some dubstep/deathstep whatever you like to call it.. and here i am

Sounds like he's trying to make it sound like theres a double pedal drum going on in the track....nothing compares to this though

Deathstep? I would be afraid to go to an event titled "Deathstep"

The last thing I want to see is people like this

Skanking it out. Or worse moshing to dubstep...

Everything metal/hard/filthy should get the fuck out of dubstep, coming from an ex-metalhead
