Ham VST is what Borgore uses (as well as all the other pros). He even wrote a few presets for the newest version.

Ham VST is definitely what you need, and if you can't afford it then PRK VST is the new light version they are doing for half the price!! It has all the shit u need like the 'wobble' button, 'grizzly' button. The only thing the light version lacks is the inbuilt 'Brosteppa Drum Machine' in Ham VST that comes equipped with all the drum samples Datsik and Borgore use..

Yeah it can be tough to find
it was discontinued because it was ripping off algorithms used in other software like massive, albino, some reason ones, and a whole bunch of others
thats the reason its so fucking good, it's just a massive conglomerate of all the best software. not to mention the fact that it was bundled with presets from the biggest producers.

HAM VST with the updated patches for Borgore, Funtcase and Flux Pavllion have been uploaded, go to File - Update within HAM VST and you'll be set.

^This.
Honestly, 3xOSC can technically get the same sounds as any other vst you ever get your hands, it will just require the use of good effects, resampling, more effects and automation. 3xOSC is what I started trying to make basses on and it was a good place to start cause it forced me to go outside the box so to speak to try and learn how to create thicker, heavier sounds with it. Once I had the opportunity to grab up a copy of Albino that was affordable for me I still find myself using those most basic things I used with the 3xOSC. I still use that bad boy for my sub-basses though.....don't see any reason to use anything else for that.
There's no vst that is just going to magically create these sounds you are wanting. It's going to require a good amount of work and effort on your part. I personally can't tell you how to do it as I still haven't been able to really get there myself but I pick up a little bit here and there from the internet and from experimenting on my own. It's a bit frustrating at times but also quite entertaining.
