Help with vocal samples

So, I've been working on a very "classic" feeling dubstep project. I've been wondering what would you suggest for some really slow, sorta dark reggae-ish vocals.
I know that may not make sense, but usually I will hear mixes with just really slow, almost spine tingling reggae vocals. Could you suggest some artists? I really need help and I don't know where to begin

Sample music or artists you enjoy?
I'd suggest listening to the type of music and finding a particular artist that inspires you and makes you feel something rather than skimming through 5,000 a capellas.

Sorry I just don't get the "tell me who to sample" way of working. Why would you want to sample something that doesn't have personal meaning?

yeah, i mean i dont use reggae vocals, i use R'n'B ones, but like i cant just pick a song and use it, i normally hear a track and think yeah that could work, or go lookin for a track i know i like and use them. listen to some reggae and find something you like.

Or try some classics of Jamaican cinema and pitch the samples down.

having a lot of samples like BADMAN NAH INNA DAT etc made producing alot easier for me bout 2 years ago.
gives you a foundation to work around (especially when making jungle). and you can still transform the vocals somehow, elephant man meets megatron style
