A case that had just finished in hong kong. The woman in the video was drunk refused to take a breathalizer test and slapped a cop. It was actually the third time she has hit a policeman and there was outrage with some members of the public of her light sentence. She was put under probation since her uncle is a high court judge in hong kong and claimed that she is manic depressed and bi-polar.
