Why do you need a new synth? Most synths are broad enough they can create virtuallyany sound you can think of. Be bet is to just pick one and learn it.

Atlantis, Elektro, n the DSK pad synth thing are all very recommended though.

Particularly atlantis. it boreders on like...n.i. quality.

I can't recommend alchemy enough.

I use sylenth for any warm type sound I want. It's also a relatively simple synth vst so it's very easy to get to grips with the entire suite.

Alchemy looks awesome (just checked it out now) been looking for something like that

keep in mind that if you have ableton's analog you already have the plugin, its the same engine redone as a ableton native plug

Been playing a lot with vintage emulation synths recently (since I can't afford the real things haha) impOScar, LittleOne, korg have some too I think, but I haven't been able to find anywhere to buy them yet .

Gonna check this out because I had so many problems with Tal-Elec7ro on a mac (2 different models), but it's such a good synth so keen to see if this new one fixes the problems.
