Introducing: Sound Drifter

Hello everyone. Yes, I am new here. How did I come across this place... I haven't a clue. I arrived here sometime yesterday, checked out the community, some tunage and decided to join. So, here I am.
A little about me..
I am an engineer and producer mostly. Been in the industry since the late 80's. I haven't produced much of this genre of music though. I suppose that is part of the attraction to being here because I dig this genre, for the most part, and used to write kinda like this years ago. Digging the music I am hearing and looking to expand my genres of knowledge and maybe even get into writing again. So, expect to read mostly production technique/technical help and dry humor from me and maybe even listening to my wanderings into music creating catalyzed by the forum here.
