I've been really inspired lately by artists who incorporate more "melody" (if you will) into their tunes rather than just explosions and chainsaws. For instance, I'm really enjoying the Chase & Status Remix of "White Lies" and "Set me on Fire" by Pendulum. I know they're kind of mainstream choons, but I'm definitely looking for more. Anyone got any great songs? Links of the songs are posted below.
Well the melodies are alright if not good but the bass and drums are shit, I can't think of a good example at th' mo' but there are better ones (I've got a compilation cd with a sick twitchy, skanky organ line but it's got no tracklist on it though )

try the whole of the formative years of dubstep...you might find a few tunes there lol
but yeah when it comes to real music and none of this filthy stuff the 2 you mentioned are the first i think of
)
