Editing songs.

Hey guys!
I'm using FL Studio 9 for producing, and now I will try to make a dubstep remix of Biggie's "Juicy". I want to cut some beats out of the instrumental and I want too boost forward some effects from the song so I can make nice samples out of it. I don't like edison too much and I don't understand it either. do you guys have any recommendations? or do you got any good guides?

thanks in forehand.

It would be nice if once, JUST ONCE, one of you guys would offer to squeeze my balls for me. I mean is it too much to ask? I just need a good rough ball grope and I will feel human again. I have groped most of the regulars on heres nuts in the past and none of you even had the common courtesy to offer me a blowy or even a reach around.

I hate having to beg like this but fingering my own arse whilst slapping my balls on the desk is getting B-O-R-I-N-G!!!

Cheers. Sorry for the thread hijack.

Actually edison is pretty good for the standard daw sampler.Try looking up edison tutorials on youtube, I'm sure that will help you greatly in what you want to do.

Well, you can either slice the samples you want out using edison, or you can slice them out using the audio clip tool, which is powered by eh... edison. if you expect to be able to remix something with only the finished mp3 too work with, I admire your ambition. But its virtually impossible to isolate an accapella you know. and unless you have access to big's project files, your not gonna be changing any of the effects he used either
