I've always heard it credited to Mala and it's in the little bit that Mala and Coki do before going into their set (just listened back).

haven't checked properly as I don't have realpleyer installed here, but I remember it from this I think - I guess the dubstep warz bit is sampled from it if I'm right... or I'm talking nonsense. It has been known.

That is definitely it ^ Dubstep Warz from 2006, MAH recently played it back out as one of her last shows.

Mala goes first for Digital Mystikz, at 8.40ish, he says "We don't just deal with bass, we deal with sub. You can't put man in a room with no subwoofers. give thanks yeah".

As she says, that broadcast was the turning point for the scene. A belter of a show as we all know!
