Resignation. Bonsoir!

Today i have resigned from being a fully fledged moderator of dubstepforum.
It has been an amazing roller-coaster journey and i feel privileged to have played a role in this community, through amazing times, and tricky times.
I have simply had to move on due to other commitments. Or, as i wrote on twitter; 'changing times. changing ears. changing priorities'.
Thanks to everyone who has ever posted on this forum. Everyone who has ever cared about dubstep, especially the producers and djs who made and played the original magic.
And also to everyone who will discover and love this sound for generations to come.
Massive respect to dubway especially who created this forum when it was most especially needed. Without this forum dubstep would be a very different thing today. Most of you probably wouldn't even know about it.
And also thanks to everyone who has ever moderated this forum. The team behind it has probably done more work than any of you realise in making sure this forum has served its purposed and shared the love of the sound. So massive respect.
This is a really overblown statement i realise, but music is nothing without people to share it with with, without some kinda of community. And this has been this forum's strength. Not only informing, but sharing love and knowledge.
I have met so many new friends through DSF all over the world. And i appreciate that more than anything. It hasn't just been 'the internet', for the past 5 years, it's been a substantial part of my everyday life. So thank you all.
Enjoy what it is you love about this sound. There is truly something for everyone, and that was what everyone appreciated 5 years ago, almost to the day, when this forum started. It's diverse and amazing music. It's a shame to just enjoy one aspect of it.
So respect each other, talk about the music you love, make new friends and enjoy it, i doubt there will be anything quite as special as dubstep in my generation at least.
I'm off to the pub.
