so i have been having some problems with my axiom 25 in cubase and fl studio...i just recently purchased an audio interface box (steinberg c1 2) and i feel like the problems started when i hooked this interface box up. The problem is that i can not use my midi controller at all! Neither in fl studio or cubase. i have all of the updated drivers and everything, etc...I feel as though i have tried every tutorial online and done everything i could that i know how to do to try and fix this. In cubase under device set up the midi ports read as follows-
i hope this is enough information for you to help me, thank you in advance and please feel free to ask any questions...

try disabling the midi channels on the interface
also when loading up an instrument channel or midi track see what it defaults to, you may have to just go in the drop down menu for that channel and select your keyboard

uninstall the drivers for both
start with the interface this time then install the keyboard
if that doesn't do anything time to call both companies tech support
